FAQs
Why Spain?
Because of its weather
Mediterranean weather makes Spain the perfect place to enjoy nice sunny weather all year. With an average temperature of 18º C during the Winter and more than 300 sunny days a year, in Costa Blanca you will find a privileged place to live.
Because of its quality of life
Spain is one of the countries with the highest life expectancy, due to its great weather, the Mediterranean diet and the Spanish lifestyle. Joy, sun, fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious fish, olive oil and good wine are the ingredients to get a relaxed and healthy life.
Because of its culture and landscapes

Do my family members have the right to reside with me in Spain?
If you have a residence permit, your family members also have the right to reside with you in Spain. Family members who have this right are: spouse (or the couple with whom you have a similar relationship to the spouse, registered in a public registry) and their descendants and ascendants and those of your spouse or registered partner.
Can I take my pet with me?
In order to bring your pet with you, you simply need a Pet Passport (EU Pet Passport). This document, valid for dogs, cats and ferrets, can be obtained from your veterinarian, and to obtain it, it is necessary that the animal is identified with a microchip and that it is vaccinated or revaccinated against rabies.
Citizens of the United Kingdom and Sweden must also take a blood sample after vaccination and 6 months before displacement to assess rabies antibodies.
Animals under 3 months cannot obtain a passport, so to move them through the EU, authorization from the destination Member State is required.
Inspection Trip
Buying a home is an important decision that we must be sure of, so acquiring property abroad can be complicated and risky.
In Euromarina we are aware of this, and that is why we want to invite you to personally know the homes of your interest.
Each trip is prepared in a personalised way, adapting the visit to your preferences so that your choice is always the right one. Our commercial advisors will show you a selection of the homes that best suit your needs and take you to see the places of interest in the area so you can get to know the surroundings and the lifestyle.
If you want to arrange a visit, fill out the form and we will contact you shortly so you can inform us about the type of home you are looking for and specify possible dates for your personalised visit.
