    It is an urbanized area located within the municipality of Rojales, in the south of the county of Alicante. Most of the population is foreigners aged between 40 and 70 years, therefore, civic and little noisy. It is the perfect place to disconnect and find the tranquility you are looking for.

    Its weather, warm all year round, with an average of 18ºC, attracts people to come on vacation and relax, especially from the north of the country and northern Europe and encourages them to finally spend most of the year here, getting their own home in Ciudad Quesada.

    Talking about tranquillity, relaxation, does not mean that you cannot have at your disposal every service you may need. The variety is infinite, so you can try, experiment and expand your gastronomic sense tasting the flavours in the freshest local products, meats, fish and seafood from our bays or the great variety of fruits and vegetables grown in our area.

    These products can also be found in the street markets that are held throughout the week in different towns and villages. Besides spending some leisure time, you take home the best products at an affordable price.

    Supermarkets, stores, small shopping centres, drugstores, the golf course La Marquesa, SPA centres… the options are many and very diverse.

    For those moments when you need even more relaxation, we recommend some of the SPA treatments, as we have already mentioned, offered by the Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf****s. You can enjoy its salt water circuit, saunas, etc. or relaxing body massages, facials, etc….

    You can also find services such as health centres, pharmacies, schools… all within walking distance.

    And as if all this was not enough, Ciudad Quesada is special above all because of the spectacular environment that surrounds it.

    The impressive Laguna Rosa, in the Natural Park of La Mata, in the Natural Park of La Mata, is an essential place to visit, you can go on your own or with a guided tour. It is a really curious place where you can discover everything they do with salt, as well as being an environment where many birds nest, such as the famous flamingos.

    The best beaches in Spain

    The proximity to some of the best beaches in Spain is another plus.

    Awarded with the prestigious Blue Flag, the beaches of Torrevieja, La Mata or Guardamar are only 8 minutes away from Ciudad Quesada.

    A long walk first thing in the morning along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea watching the sunrise and a good continental breakfast on any of the terraces by the beach… can you think of a better start to the day? Definitely not for us.
