Doña Pepita is not only one of the two fundamental pillars of Euromarina. Together with her husband Don Antonio, she is also an example to follow for all of us who work in this company. Her team perceives her as a close, hard-working, intelligent person who always anticipates the needs of the real estate market.
Her two greatest achievements
Since the foundation of Euromarina in 1972, Doña Pepita has shown the character and courage to carry on her two greatest achievements, her family and Euromarina. That is why today we show the strength of a great woman. At a time when women entrepreneurs were counted on the fingers of one hand, Doña Pepita was able to reconcile her role as head of Euromarina with her work as a mother.
Being the head of a company dedicated to construction and property development was and still is a challenge for this woman who has managed to integrate perfectly and prove her worth in a sector traditionally run by men.
She started doing business in Spain and abroad. The company built detached villas and luxury urbanisations and thus attracted foreigners. She showed them a life so desirable to them that they eventually chose Ciudad Quesada for their new home in Spain.
