Alicante has its Bonfire Festival from 20th to 24th of June welcoming the summer period. Thousands of tourists visit the city to enjoy this festivity declared has International Tourist Interest. On the night of the June 24 you can see the spectacular figures (Hogueras) burn.

San Juan’s night celebrates the arrival of the summer. The week after the festivities, from June 25 to 29, you can visit the fireworks contest that will be held on Postiguet beach.
