OUR COMPANY

Since its beginnings in 1972, Euromarina has been a leading company in the real estate sector and a pioneer in the tourism sector. 

Our company was founded by a hard-working family who had an innovative vision when it came to developing the business. We have been committed to quality housing and quality customer service from the very beginning. We also consider the services surrounding each development to be very important and we give great importance to the necessary services that complement each development.

REAL ESTATE FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS

The crises that we have overcome over the years have motivated us to continue reinventing and innovating the company to adapt to the new needs of families year after year, developing properties in which we use the highest quality.

We believe that being in direct contact with the needs of our international clients is one of our strong points. The real estate fairs and exhibitions we attend, provide us with the knowledge and experience necessary to offer our clients the type of home they are looking for. Getting to know our clients and our collaborators personally is the best way to help them find the home of their dreams.

BUSINESS AREAS

Since our origins we have supported our local businesses. We have grown together and created wealth in the newly developed areas. We care for, maintain and appreciate the value that these businesses bring in creating services and making life more comfortable by meeting the daily needs of our neighbours. An example of the development of local businesses can be seen in the number of businesses in operation in the Ciudad Quesada and Doña Pepa area, which are currently, over 300.

Most of these businesses are grouped in commercial areas for convenience, and in these areas we can find everything from bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shops, to all types of medical services (dentist, ophthalmologist, medical aesthetics, veterinary, etc).

There are also schools in the area, including a Norwegian school. In addition, we have leisure and sports areas: water park, bowling alley, tennis and petanque courts, gyms and a golf course.

Finally, there is a Hotel in the area which is part of the Euromarina group. The 4*superior Hotel La Laguna has a spa, restaurant, cafeteria and function rooms and is open 365 days a year.

Our company has a great national prestige, although we are better known internationally due to the origin of our clients.

The number of homes built to date exceeds 30,000, making us the largest construction company in Ciudad Quesada and Doña Pepa.

Our clients come from more than 80 different countries, this, together with our extensive experience, has allowed us to develop one of the most international villages in Spain, where you can share and enjoy the best of each culture, being a perfect place to settle permanently, as 75% of our clients live here all year round.

ALL SERVICES

On the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida, Euromarina has a wide range of possibilities when it comes to buying a property. This area is known for the influx of visitors looking to enjoy our sun and beaches. It offers a great quality of services, with a wide range of bars and restaurants for all tastes and also facilities directly on the beach where you can enjoy terraces, restaurants, children’s activities, water sports, etc.

Our golf courses have become an international reference for the practice of this sport. Our residential complexes and villas are always close to golf courses where you can practice this sport, for example, in Doña Pepa, we have La Marquesa Golf nearby. 

You can travel from one corner of the region to another by motorway, with which you can travel along the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida from north to south.

Alicante-Elche airport is 5 minutes from Arenales and 25 minutes from Doña Pepa. Los Alcázares is 30 minutes from Corvera airport (Murcia) and 75 km from El Altet airport (Alicante).
