Welcome to the II Ruta del Caldero y la Marinera. This event take place from April 24 to May 10, 2015. If you visit these Gastronomic Days in La Manga you can taste a delicious plate of Caldero or Marinera with a drink for only 2,50 €. Also you can participate in a raffle.
The Caldero is a typical food of Mar Menor. It’s a rice elaborated with ñora and fish. Rice and fish are served in different plates. We recommend you to eat the rice with alioli.

The Marinera is a typical food of Murcia. It’s a delicious tapa elaborated with ensaladilla rusa, toast and anchovy. Also you can taste other varietys of Marinera such as Marinero and Bicicleta. The Marinero is composed of ensaladilla, toast and anchovies in vinegar while the Bicicleta is elaborated with toast and ensaladilla.
