El Moncayo is a golden sand beach of 2 kilometres large in Costa Blanca. Lots of the people consider this beach as the best beach in the region.
El Moncayo beach has few dunes and moderate waves. It´s a nice place to go with your family. You can find all the services there and it´s not as crowded as other beaches in Torrevieja or Guardamar. You can also practise several nautical sports there, such as: windsurf, surf or kitesurf.
El Moncayo beach is located between Guardamar and Torrevieja. Behind this nice beach there is a great lagoon of La Mata. El Moncayo is the nearest beach to Ciudad Quesada, you can get there in only 5-10 minutes by car following the street CV-895.
This beautiful natural beach has been awarded with the blue flag. It means that it`s a clean beach with good accessibility, security and has all the services.
The best thing of El Moncayo beach is that it´s separated from buildings, so you will feel relaxed far away from the city. Views from there are just amazing. You will be surrounded by nature and the endless Mediterranean sea.
