Welcome to the gastronomic route in Torrevieja. The 3rd edition of ¡Nos vamos de tapas! is organized by the Hostelery Association of Torrevieja. It will take place from 19th to 22th April. You can try the typical tapas of the town in bars, restaurants and cafes from 12 a.m. to 4,30 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Come and taste these delicious tapas with drinks of your choice for only 2,50€ each.
In all establishments you can taste two types of tapas: traditional and author. The traditional tapas will consist in an elaboration of a typical recipe of gastronomy from Torrevieja. You can taste tapas like: the cauldron, the dry octopus, sangochao cuttlefish, black rice or ham croquettes.
The author’s tapas are more elaborate, risky and creative. In this route you can enjoy tapas such as: the marbles of rape to the fine herbs or the toast of hummus of eggplant and cod confit with beluga caviar.
This gastronomic initiative inherited from the well-known “Ruta de la tapa” is celebrated at different times of the year. In addition, as in previous editions, all attendees will be able to vote for the tapas that they liked the most. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and opt for fantastic prizes, among many other surprises.
