The Spanish House of Commons has approved last Thursday in a permanent way the Entrepreneur’s support Bill and its internationalization, which will be shortly published in the BOE (the Spanish government official publication).
Among other measures, with this Bill, the government will ease and speed up the residence permits to foreign people who make real estate transactions above 500.000€. Also these measures will benefit to public debt’s buyers above 2 millions € or who create new employments or create scientific or technical innovations.
