Our most sincere congratulations to the new champions of this XIII Euromarina Optimist Torrevieja Trophy, the Italians Alessandro Cortese (CV Crotone) and Lisa Vucceti (SV Barcola Grigano) and the Balearic Tim Lumbat (CN S’Arenal – FBV).
The XIII edition of this important trophy has been distinguished by the fellowship and the good atmosphere of coexistence among the participants, who have been able to meet colleagues from different countries and share experiences that will undoubtedly help them in their growth as athletes. As we have seen in the awards ceremony held this afternoon, the experience has been very positive for these young athletes interested in light sailing.
Sponsored by Euromarina and with the collaboration of the Torrevieja Yacht Club, the Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf ****, Cox Energy, CaixaBank, Vidal and Pellicer & Heredia among others; The XIII Euromarina Optimist Trophy is undoubtedly the most significant sporting event of the winter season on the Costa Blanca, as well as being an international promotion trampoline for Spain and for the Costa Blanca in particular.
